Ginger Williams Tilley Obituary (1965 - 2021)

MADISON - Ginger Williams Tilley, 56, left this earthly life on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Annie Penn Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Sycamore Baptist Church with Reverend James "Roscoe" Bowden officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m., Sunday at the church. Mrs. Tilley was born on January 13, 1965 in Surry County. Ginger was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church in Walnut Cove. Her life revolved around her beloved children and taking care of her family. She was a wonderful cook and interior designer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Ann Williams. Survivors include her husband of twenty years, Mike Tilley; children, Katie, Stephen, Elijah, Mattie and Sarah Tilley; aunt, Myrtle Boger; uncle, Billy Williams (Faye); nephew, Justin Cook; niece, Elizabeth Cook and several special extended family members and friends.
