James “Chuck” Richardson Obituary (1974 - 2021)

STONEVILLE - James "Chuck" Eric Richardson, 47, left this earthly life on Thursday, October 28, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and all other times at the residence. Chuck was born on February 17, 1974 in Rockingham County. Chuck was a true handyman and although disabled for several years, he would continue to work to the best of his ability with Third Gen Services in Stoneville. He loved the outdoors and put his family first in everything. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Richardson; paternal grandparents, James and Nannie Richardson; father-in-law, Tyler Holland; brother-in-law, Mike Martin and nephew, Joseph Richardson. Survivors include his wife and high school sweetheart of nearly thirty-years, Emily Holland Richardson; father and step-mother, Buddy and Angie Richardson; children, Wilson Richardson, Johnathon Richardson (Jennifer), Diamond Richardson; honorary daughter, April Minter; honorary sons, Dustin Carter and Austin Carter (Taylor); grandchildren, Zack Robertson, Jordan Robertson, Jalen Garrison, J.T. Garrison and Matthew Garrison; brothers, B.J. Richardson (Mary), Brandon Richardson (Brandi) and Anthony Biggs; honorary brothers, Roger White (Julie) and Stevie Martin (Tammy); sisters, Heather Hagerman (Anthony Penn), Mary Houston (Ron) and Kimberly Richardson; mother-in-law, Anna Holland; brother-in-law, Eddie Morton (Mara); loving canine companion, Izzy and many special nieces and nephews whom Chuck thought of as his children.
