Travis Andrew Mabe Obituary (1979 - 2021)

Travis Andrew Mabe, 42, departed this life Saturday, December 18, 2021. The family will receive friends at Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel, Wednesday, December 22 2021, beginning at 1pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. He was born on February 1, 1979, in Troup County, LaGrange, Georgia. Travis was a graduate of South Stokes High School and employed as an independent electrician. He was an avid fisherman, collected arrowheads, and loved his pet labs. Travis made friends wherever he went. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Jake and Ada Lee Tucker and paternal grandfather Daniel Mabe. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Buddy Ray Mabe and Bonnie Tucker Mabe; sister, Jennifer Rae Mabe; nephew and niece Ryder Sisk and Adalynn White; and grandmother Annie Mae Mabe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel to assist with funeral expenses. Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel in Sandy Ridge is serving the family.
