Cynthia Smothers Queen Obituary (1957 - 2022)

Cynthia Smothers Queen, 64 of Madison, NC passed away Thursday March 17, 2022 unexpectedly at her home. There are no formal arrangements planned at this time, and there will be a private celebration of her life at a later date. Cynthia was born August 19, 1957 to Tim and Mary Rixon Smothers in Madison, NC. She worked in screen printing and was a member of Ellisboro Baptist Church in Madison. She had a big heart. Her family was most important to her. She loved reading the news paper, dancing, music and the song Amazing Grace. Surviving her are her husband of 23 years Wesley Queen of the home, son Brandon Case and wife Ashley, father Tim Smothers, brother Chris Smothers, sisters Robin Dean and Lisa Gray, grandchildren Paxton, Addison and Greer, and special cousin Deborah Butler.
