Euel Glen Smith Obituary (1978 - 2020)

Sandy Ridge Euel "Glen" Smith, 42, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center. Glen was born January 6, 1978, in Rockingham County, to the late Daniel and Treva Ann Roberts Smith. He was employed with Crown Equipment Inc. He was a great loving father, husband, brother, and friend. Glen loved music, guns, freedom, taking trips with his family, and joking with his friends and family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy "Tim" Smith; a sister, Gina McBride; and grandparents, Euel and Ruby Smith and Taylor and Mozelle Roberts. Survivors include his wife, Crystal Bullins Smith; daughters, Kayla and Shay Smith and honorary daughter, Cheyann Knight; sisters, Barbara Odell and Theresa McCollum (Mike); father and mother-in-law, Randy and Kay Bullins; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Amy Bullins; aunt, Linda Smith; and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2020. The family will receive friends at the home of Bobby and Amy Bullins on Phillips Rd, Sandy Ridge. Family and friends will be able to sign a guest book on Saturday, March 28, from 2 to 6 pm and Sunday, March 29, from 9 am to 12 pm at Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel.
